The Circle Workspaces

The Circle operates fair rent, flexible and supportive workspaces in Dundee and Glasgow for socially minded organisations.

The Circle Community is made up of individuals and organisations, including social businesses, community groups, and charities, who rent workspaces and meeting rooms at our Dundee and Glasgow hubs.

The Circle also operates an online business networking platform for charities, social enterprises and community groups. We organise professional networking events with expert speakers.

Workspaces at The Circle can be rented hourly, daily, or long-term. Rentals include wi-fi, a serviced reception desk, a business address and no-deposit rentals. Prices start from £5 an hour for occasional co-working desk hire to £8 per square foot for long-term office hire. 

All tenants are eligible for eight hours of free business advice from The Circle Consultancy annually.

Available Meeting Rooms

Spaces can be difficult to find on a budget. Whether you are holding a board meeting, delivering training or making a pitch to investors, you need somewhere to bring a group of people together in a professional setting. We have small, medium and large rooms as well as exhibition and events spaces across our locations in Dundee and Glasgow. Audio Visual equipment and refreshments are also available.

Available Offices

Whether you are starting up, or are an established organisation, we have space for you at our bases at our Dundee or Easterhouse, Glasgow site. The Circle has been designed to be as flexible as possible where we have a range of spaces, small to large, short-term to long-term and hot-desking to co-working, to support charities, social enterprises, individuals, community groups and socially aware businesses.

The Circle at Dudhope Castle offers 22,000 square feet of workspace, meeting rooms and a function room close to Dundee city centre and universities. Dudhope Castle is well-served by public transport, with free onsite parking and is situated on the grounds of Dudhope Park.

The Circle at Easterhouse offers 21,000 square feet of flexible workspaces, meeting rooms, and co-working desks that can be hired by the hour. It is situated east of Glasgow’s city centre, easily accessible by public transport, with free onsite parking.
